Our process. Your vision.
By collaborating with our clients on multiple tasks at each phase of the project, we ensure our clients can monitor the progress and interact more effectively with LDI team members. We work with each client to determine the best type of training elements to include in each training program to effectively address client needs, keep within defined budget, and meet all delivery dates.
ADDIE is our instructional design model of choice.
The ADDIE model outlines a logical, common-sense process for building and deploying quality-controlled training solutions. Below are the five general production phases we will most often guide you through when you partner with LDI.

01

Analyze

An experienced LDI project lead will meet with you to gain a deep understanding of your goals. They’ll help you identify and define your training objectives with clarity and precision. They’ll also help you determine what delivery method will best serve your organization and target audience.

02

Design

Our creative Instructional Designers will organize your content into a complete set of deliverables that present concepts in a comprehensive and digestible lesson flow. Levels of interactivity, quizzing, and key point reinforcement will be defined in this stage. Together, we will ensure that the content meets all training requirements and timelines while adhering to your organization’s steering guidelines.

03

Develop

Once your training content and lesson flow is fully approved, our talented LDI developers will build out the deliverable with the determined software platform. You will once again be given the opportunity to review and approve the content and provide feedback to our team until it meets all requirements. Animations, video, and interactions will come to life within the e-learning environment.

04

Implement

It’s go-time! Depending on the scope of your project, the training deliverable may be provided to your Training Management team for in-class dissemination, posted to your company portal for your client’s access, or uploaded for remote assignment to specific business units via your company’s Learning Management System (LMS).

05

Evaluate

Evaluation of your training’s efficacy is a key component in ensuring your investment performs optimally. For example, LDI can create a Sales Development System that reinforces what your team has learned, assess performance, and create a Sales Development Plan for each learner that ensures continuous improvement in key areas and competencies. LDI can help you identify areas of improvement in the training that can benefit your unique organization.
